I started my career in a small development team working on a new affiliate platform for performance marketing, NetRefer. Working with such experienced people gave me real depth of knowledge into media serving and how tracking works from microsites to affiliate rewards.

Since then I worked for a startup, 3BetGaming, to develop iGaming platforms for the Italian market . It was a great time working with cutting edge technology on the core platform as well as building a new sportsbook platform. Again, the experience really helped me to understand more about many different areas of the business and innovative tech solutions.

Before long, I was working on my first data platform, which led to another career move – this time to Betsson. Four years at Betsson was followed by an opportunity to develop a standalone data platform to be integrated with several iGaming platforms. This time, I got to learn much more about management working with teams and stakeholders in different countries and departments.

Now I’m using all my experience to lead a team that provides innovative data led solutions to help our partners grow and excel in their businesses in such a competitive market.
